Highlighted Projects

A computer rendering of the Westwood Vowery & Estates project.

Westwood Vowery & Estates

The Westwood project will set the new bar for luxury wedding venues in the country. This will be one of only a handful of purpose built facilities and will allow for multiple choices of ceremony location and sequencing. The main venue is 17,000 SF and will include bride and groom suites, a 30’ custom bar, an event courtyard, and a roof top balcony.

krM Indy Studio

This tenant build out was a collaborative effort with several of the architects of krM, as they relocated their Indy office to this new space. Creative detailing, expansive glass, and clean lines made the build anything but standard.

Earlham President Residence Renovation

This renovation project focused on modernizing a contemporary home. The project salvaged the existing layout and started from a blank canvas. A fresh and contemporary modern update for many years to come. The results reflect the core visions of the existing and future of Earlham College.

The courtyard of the Varsity Lofts project complete with a lush decorative garden and natural light.

Varsity Lofts

The Varsity Lofts project was a complete reimaging of a narrow urban site of Indianapolis’s near north side neighborhood. The project salvaged partial structure from an existing one story bar and then expanded the footprint and added two additional floors. The project is an example of boutique mixed use giving the ground floor to commercial tenant space and the upper floors forming 8 luxury apartments and a private rooftop courtyard.

8485 Penn

An owner’s dream location, on a street leading into Meridian Hills, this entire reimaging of the home will expand and overhaul the existing into a modern 4,000 SF home. Long overhangs and ribbons of glass will fill the interior with soft lighting while custom detailing and natural materials will set this home even further apart from the ordinary.

Hawthorne Overlook Porch

This custom screened-in porch seamlessly extends our client's living space, boasting a sleek, modern design with a cedar wood frame, high grade insect-resistant screens, and a cedar tounge and groove ceiling with a fan and lighting. A fireplace and tv to unwind and connect with the nature that surrounds this beautiful home while still being protected from the elements.

6333 Evanston

This fully custom addition and transformation to a small ranch home was a combination of simple forms and highly textured materiality that use clean detailing. The interior is a series of light filled spaces that provide dynamic views and make a true connection to nature. The home front’s one of Indianapolis’s largest parks and the 500 SF rooftop deck allows for unmatched views and sunsets in an urban neighborhood.

A newly renovated office space with sweeping architectural accents

krM Anderson Studio Renovation

This tenant renovation included opening up the dysfunctional office by removing walls and allowing a free-flowing office. Fresh updates throughout the entire space brought life back to the office. Creative layouts, organizational walls, and clean materials transformed the space.
